The Rüdesheimer Schloss is a 4-star hotel with a difference and historic atmosphere. It is situated between the quiet Steingasse and the lively Drosselgasse.
Since 1952 we, the Breuer family, run personally the traditional wine restaurant. Today our 4 star hotel is built in a former wine tithe manor and characterized by wine, art and design.

The 26 hotel rooms boast modern design. Very attractive is the unique view out of the spacious rooms and large bath rooms to the vineyards and the historic town.

Depending on the weather you have breakfast either in the wintergarden our in the romantic “Schloss”-garden. Serve yourself at the Rheingau breakfast buffet with Sparkling Wine, homemade jams, freshly prepared scrambled eggs …

OUR WINE RESTAURANT AND THE GERMAN “GEMÜTLICHKEIT”

Our traditional “Weingasthaus” consists of cosy winestuben, the sunny winter garden and the romantic garden. Many guests from Rüdesheim and from all over world meet here for cheerful events, cosy summer nights and inspiring conversations. Enjoy this unique atmosphere by yourself, your partner, with your family, with friends, your company or your club.

Our happy team serves to regional specialties Riesling and Pinot noir wines from our family winery GEORG BREUER and from other Rheingau wine growers. Our List of Rare Wines counts more than 300 positions – a reason why the Institute of German Wines rated us an ”Excellent Wine Gastronomy 2016“.

Our chef Michael Hemberger prefers fresh products and regional suppliers. The monthly changing menu is influenced by the season. The guests’ favorites are “Hessisch Tapas”, Riesling-Cheese-Soup and Schloss-Duck.

Among our faithful suppliers are the trout farm Flach from the Wisper valley, the game butchery Kempenich, the asparagus and strawberry farmer Lang and the local bakery Aulmann.

Here is where the music plays – Victor plays piano daily from Easter to Christmas. In the evening our guests are entertained by the Rüdesheimer Schloss band with piano, saxophone, clarinet and violin. Their huge repertory goes from classical tunes, evergreens, pop music, hits and oldies to rhine music and you are invited to join the dancing and singing.
